You are responsible for ensuring our team has safe and unobstructed access to the service area during scheduled visits. If we are unable to access the area, the service may be marked as completed and still billed.

Scheduling & Rescheduling
Service days and times are arranged in advance. Any changes or cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges.

Payments & Billing
We offer recurring or one-time billing, depending on your selected service plan. All payments are due by the terms outlined at booking. Accepted payment methods include major credit/debit cards. Failure to pay may result in service interruption.

- Maintain a safe, clean path to the pet waste area.
- Notify us of hazards such as aggressive pets or dangerous terrain.

We reserve the right to postpone or cancel service due to unsafe conditions, including severe weather or hazards on the property. We do not clean up waste from animals other than household pets.

Refunds & Credits
Refunds are provided at our discretion for prepaid services only. Missed services due to our fault will be credited or rescheduled.

A1 Scoop Warriors is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for services in the 30 days preceding any claim.
